I bought a Tahiti Village timeshare in 2007, thinking it would be great for vacations. At first, it was fine—I used it a few times and didn’t mind the cost. But now, it feels like one of the worst decisions I’ve made. On my last trip, the gas heater wasn’t working in the middle of winter. ASNY appears to be a scam. At the very least, they are the most heartless and uncaring company that I have had to do business with. I bought this timeshare with my husband. He has since passed away. You may imagine that traveling and using the timeshare is not a heartache. But ASNY won't help. They claim to HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY whatsoever. They have told me to figure it out. They are horrible. I owe them no money. I have always paid my fees. They are disgustingly disloyal. BEWARE.
AVOID AT ALL COST! The lies the tell you to sign the contract are worthless. Save your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
