I’m posting this here because I honestly don’t know what else to do. My family is stuck in a situation where this company claims we "own property" with them, but we’ve emailed and mailed them with no response. Not a single person has bothered to get back to us. Not as upfront as they claim to be. Was contacted in regards to a free stay in Vegas. Only it was not free ,after you say sure we can listen to your sales pitch,then reservations are made for you.After which you are informed that they need a $99.00 fee to show how serious you are about going and listening to them.And you would get your deposit of $99.00 back only after you attend a 2 hour sales pitch from them. Got suckered into purchasing a time share. Fell being in payments and was told they were going to foreclose on the account. That was in 2022. Now finding out that they didn't close the account and my current balance due is over $20,000. Asked for some to reach out for a resolution and only keep getting told to talk to customer service.
