I am a previous customer of ASK and I will still be a present customer if I did not sell my home. Latisha managed my property for ASK and she does an awesome job. What I enjoyed most, she treats your property like she owns it.
Property management was unorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive; they took almost a month processing our rental application, never met us in person, tried to charge a bogus "move in " fee, took months to respond to our emails, and took the majority of our security deposit for some very minor cleaning issues. When I confronted the manager about it he was very unprofessional and accused us of pulling coat hooks out of the wall, even though they fell out because of bad quality.
