This is the worst experience I've ever had !!! First they made me wait about 4 hours, without even touching my phone at all — Highly Unprofessional. It wasn't until I walked in to the store that they actually started to open up phone, and made me wait another 1hr 30 mins. When they gave me back my phone, they damaged my Iphone 7 plus home button. Great experience. The employees of Ask Computers are knowledgeable, reliable and honest. They revived my nearly dead computer, which now works like new. Maaz worked with me to find the best repair solution that fits my budget. He also fixed a minor but annoying problem with my other computer at no extra charge and advised me where to buy an important part for it at the best price. Highly recommended business.

Dropped my iPhone XR a week ago and it cracked the front of my screen. Was gonna schedule a repair through the Apple store but I thought I’d search a cheaper but reliable alternative and stumbled upon Ask Computers online. Saw that it had a lot of good reviews so I decided to try their service out myself. The repair itself already costs much cheaper than what Apple offers (tax included already) and even decided to repair my phone within 30 minutes because I told them I was rushing for work.
