Awful experience. I gave it a year. This provider speaks over you, wont listen when you try to answer his questions. Does not answer your questions. Put his hand up in my face when I was speaking so he could speak louder over me. My spouse was with me this visit and the provider decided to speak to him rather than me. Gas lighting to a T. Extremely disappointed by the whole department. I called and requested the head of Rheumatology to call me and haven't heard anything. I have been sick going on 11 months. I have lost 49lbs so far. Dr Razzaq has no empathy for his patients. He would not allow me to speak. I attempted to show him pictures of bruises that are on my body for no apparent reason from my phone. During my visit, he repeatedly misinterpreted my reason for taking topiramate, insisting it was for headaches despite me clearly stating it was for epilepsy. His bedside manner was dismissive and unprofessional. My visit was intended to address potential autoimmune concerns, but the focus shifted to my low vitamin D levels.
