Dr Azeem and his nusring staff are awesome! The billing staff is a nightmare. Wrong coding to Priority Health has cost my wife and I $$$ we should not have had to spend.
Just had a follow up appointment today. I was impressed with Dr. Azeem's patience and interest in my symptoms--which are not straight forward. Some doctors lose interested when you don't respond to their treatment. Here, Dr. Azeem seemed very interested in my case, asked a lot of questions, including what MY goals are in terms of treatment. He is a very nice guy.
Met with doctor and he explained what he would do detect whether WAS a problem. I had scan a few days later only to find NO growth on my liver and suggested that at present I did not need a colonoscope now ,but maybe later, as the scan showed NO growth or other abnormalities of my liver.
Dr. Azeem was very nice. I do have to say though, that his scheduler/receptionist is in one of the best. She was not only informative of the procedure, but compassionate and patient. Returned my phone calls on the spot and always made me feel like she cared.
Dr. Azeem is an excellent physician and very knowledgeable. Has been very patient with me and offers up much needed information. The only issue with his office is the front desk. They do not answer the phone and they are invasive in their questions. They are not medical staff and ask questions they have no business asking. Once she even told me I didn't need a procedure I was calling to schedule!
Dr Azeem did my endoscopy. This was my 3rd time, but my 1st time with Dr Azeem. I received excellent care. I am so impressed with his professionalism and bedside manner. He is top-notch. I will never go to anyone else. I am so thankful for him.
Highly unlikely... did nothing to help me.. was more interested in past information instead of present and did nothing to go forward with colonoscopy which was what appt was about. Instead he said gain weight and come back in a couple months. Unless you aren't a complex case, go for it...
Dr. Azeem prescribed several drugs to be taken concurrently including Imuran, Humira, Uceris, Asacol, and high doses of Imodium without any recommended blood work testing protocols. Once questioned, he became offended, ordered incomplete tests, and the messages received were confusing and contradictory. He also added Entyvio without telling us to stop the other biologic, Humira. My son developed a high fever on a Friday and we could not reach the doctor until office hours. A nightmare.
This would be a good office but for a couple of crucial things. I like the doctor. Love the P.A. Problems are in front office. No one answers the phone and getting a callback is near impossible.
