Always pleasant and love my gel manicure and pedicures by Carlee. She's my favorite and I will only go to her. Prices are affordable and they were able to accommodate my daughter and her 3 friends for manicures to celebrate her birthday.
I did not like Asian nails at all. I went to go get my eyebrows done and I left and it didn't look like anything was done at all I had to go and get them redone that's how bad it was.
New staff needs to work on customer service. New woman sitting up front constantly texts and talks on phone. Doesn't pay attention to her work or her paying customers. Miss Victor! I have been a customer for years and have loved it there. I will definitely make an appointment next time to avoid getting her.
Customer service is excellent. Pleasant environment. Not particularly thrilled with them speaking their language in the workplace, but it's bearable. I can be a very demanding person and like my nails a certain way. They are very cooperative and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the final results.
Subs are good but very expensive for just a sub.
