The mall appears the same everytime I visit Little Saigon. Lots of stores that sell the same things so, you just have to compare prices. It's a nice place to do a quick stop and sit down at the food court for a bite to eat. On the other hand, the Night Market is certainly a let down. I givw it a 2 star. There are maybe about 15-20 food stands with some of them selling the same food items. There were a couple of items that were really good (grilled squid, che and grilled pork skewers).
