I called to get a simple quote to install and register a BMW X5 xDrive40i battery. I already purchased the battery directly from the BMW dealership, so this wasn’t anything complicated or urgent — I just needed to be register to the vehicle. The person I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional and not helpful at all. He kept repeating that he “only works with his batteries,” even after I explained multiple times that the battery was OEM from the dealership.
