I dropped my Mini Cooper off for some service work and this place is absolutely amazing! The owner took the time to go over what he did and answered any questions. He is very professional and i will definitely be bringing my vehicles back.
Excellent Experience!! I was referred to A&EAS by a local repair shop because the work needed on my AC was outside of their expertise. John was great to work with, provided options and ensured my husband and understood what exactly needed repaired and how he was going to go about it. The cost was fair given the amount of work and the turn around time was faster than we initially expected. I would highly recommend John and his company and plan to be a returning customer for maintenance and future services.
He is honest and detailed. Shows you the bad parts, calls back, and has your vehicle ready when he said it would be. I will definitely return - hopefully not in the near future.
The owner is very nice. He inspected my Audi and found a leaking water pump. The only issue I had was He quoted me $1500.00-1600.00 dollars to replace it. This included all parts and 5 hours of labor. So I picked up my car and replaced the water pump, myself. The total cost was around $110.00 dollars for parts, and it took a little over an hour to complete the job.
