The food took ages to arrive—which I’d be fine with if it was worth the wait. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. They brought out white rice that was still auditioning to be popcorn, snails so salty I thought the ocean had a meltdown on my plate, and a hotpot that looked like it gave up halfway through trying to be a meal. It was truly an experience.
My family and I have absolutely loved this restaurant. We had them cater our rehearsal dinner for our wedding. BUT this weekend we attempted to come here twice, both times turned away due to a private party, which in itself isn’t the issue. But there was no signage or anything saying that they were closed for an event. We were trying to show guests from out of town one of our favorite restaurants.
