100% the worst dealership I have EVER worked with. I would not recommend anyone to go there. They are very selfish & don’t want to do any of the work themselves. I was told all taxes & plate fees & everything was included in my loan, turns out they put 2% of the 8% in the loan. When I called them to make this right they told me there was nothing they could do, they also filled out the paperwork wrong & wouldn’t fix that either. Really great service! I had totaled my car and found a very affordable used Nissan in their lot! Wendy helped me get a great deal and rate that were super affordable and the car is in great condition! Couldn't have been a better experience!
I had my vehicle taken into Asian Concepts to get looked at for an issue, and the service techs (Matt and Lucas) are simply amazing. They walked me through the whole process, giving me all the info I needed and gave honest answers. They are very caring and make you feel like you’re one of the family. I will definitely be taking my car back there for any repairs. Thanks for ALL of your help, it is truly appreciated.

To make a long story short, I took my 2015 WRX in for an oil change and tire rotation. They put the wrong oil in my car and then told me it would be fine. Avoid this place and its incompetent service staff if you care about your car.
