VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, false information and very difficult to communicate
The reviews are right! Terrible customer service!! Rude! They are only in it for the money. Don’t care about customers whatsoever! Do yourself a favor and find another provider!
I was very impressed with Nicole. She found me good coverage for less. Very informative.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! She did a terrible job at communicating and following up with the insurance company. She sent the wrong files that the insurance company asked for, she didn’t not follow-up closely with my case and I was almost penalized without even know it. She is not easily reachable when I have questions. If you can understand English, you might as do everything on your own than going through them, since it redundant to use them…
