My family did not benefit in any manner from the services offered. Physical/Occupational therapy coordination had been quite unorganized, leading to confusion as well as additional, unwarranted stress. The bulk of the sessions had been unproductive, with little effort put towards the patient. PT's were more concerned about clocking in and out than improving one's well-being, which is a shame.
