My friend has been cut here, I’ve been cut here, and multiple reviewers talk about being cut. Never an apology. I appreciate that they use a timer and ensure you get a good massage but if they send out a discount, for example 10% off pedicures, don’t think you won’t have to remind them, making it super uncomfortable that you have to ask for the discount they advertised.

They were able to get me in for a fill last minute! I have an event this weekend so I am grateful. I felt welcomed when I entered 1 person did the fill and the other did the color. They were both very precise and made sure to meet all my requests! Thank you! I will be back.

I’ve been looking for a nail shop in the Tacoma area & after a few bad experiences at other places, I finally had such a great experience here! I got builder gel with a French tip & a pedicure with Ann & Tina, & everything turned out exactly how I wanted it. They were both very detail oriented, & I really appreciated being able to get both services done at the same time. I was in & out in ~1.5 hrs, which is honestly impressive for the quality of work. Everyone was super nice & attentive. Definitely coming back!
