I contracted with Jodie Hart and Asia Alder to sell a house and I was extremely happy with the quality of service. Both ladies helped navigate the selling process through prompt, clear communication. They explained things very clearly and they really cared about getting us the best deal possible. Within two weeks we had accepted an offer and we feel we got top dollar for the property. They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and friendly. We highly recommend.
Asia was awesome to work with. She listened to what I wanted and found properties that fit MY needs. She worked well with my lender and kept track of all the deadlines to make sure everything closed on time. Even after closing she has had great referrals for contractors and continues to be help me with all my questions. I will use her as my realtor in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help buying/selling a home.
We absolutely loved working with Asia. She put in so much effort to find us the perfect house and was always there to answer any questions we have along the way!
Asia is an incredible agent. She brought us to close in less than 4 weeks. She was available to answer our questions, coordinate inspections, etc., 7 days a week. Did I mention we live on the other side of Montana? This was all coordinated remotely!! Thank you Asia - we are so pleased with our new property.
