Ms Alajia was so awsome a most helpful she helpwd me with all of my paper work and kept me updated she also encouraged me to finnish the process because it was very difficult for me being a senior that is not good with technology I really appreciate her and all of the office staff.
I've been calling maintenance for 2 days because my downstairs bathroom has been overflowing not just from my apartment but from the apartment next to me as well. It's even bad to the point that now since the maintenance man refuses to cut the water to the building off they sent creative out who didn't do anything except for try to plunge the toilet with my plunger and then left and claimed they were going to come back but they never came back. Very very helpful staff they always were quick to the job when it was move in time
, the only thing I don’t like about this place, and I feel as though you should take in to consideration is that you split certain utilities amongst the people in the building you live with. I’ve paid 1180 for rent and 1,1272 , I personally do not like paying a big difference in rent especially when you know you haven’t been using certain utilities as much.
