I will say I have been a tenant here for 10 years and seen many maintenance men come and go and many of them were lazy as hell, don't know how to fix anything and will ride around on that damn cart just to look busy. It is bad enough this place has been here forever and can use some major work and for some who profess to be experienced in the trade of maintenance I can tell u things are just bandaided here. I have been a resident for 8 years. This is the best management team I have seen since I have been here. William the maintenance man has always answered my issues with a quick response and has been very professional. Ms.Lakia the manager is the best. Always pleasant and professional. Best team so far. Thank you for what you do.
I would like to give a big thank you to William (the maintenance man). He fixed and addressed everything that I mentioned to him in one day. I really appreciated his attentiveness.
