Overall, fair at best. Maintenance is very good. Office staff is friendly. As for a quiet atmosphere, forget it. It’s amazing how grown adults can be as inconsiderate & noisy as they are, particularly the upstairs neighbors. As for getting help from personnel regarding it, forget it. The apartment itself is roomy, which I like, even being by myself. The place itself is dated, 1980-ish. I stayed here when it was called Applegate in 2015. The apt was small for a two bedroom but it did come with a washer and dryer.
Horrible experiences with bugs everywhere and old buildings that would not stand to todays codes.
Very pet friendly and spacious apartments,only downside is the parking. We live here and still the parking lot is so full we have to park on the other side of the building,it needs assigned parking....
