Great apartments, definitely on top of all their maintenance. Called today about something and within a hour or 2 they came out and fixed it immediately!

Overall, fair at best. Maintenance is very good. Office staff is friendly. As for a quiet atmosphere, forget it. It’s amazing how grown adults can be as inconsiderate & noisy as they are, particularly the upstairs neighbors. As for getting help from personnel regarding it, forget it. The apartment itself is roomy, which I like, even being by myself. The place itself is dated, 1980-ish. I stayed here when it was called Applegate in 2015. The apt was small for a two bedroom but it did come with a washer and dryer.
