This place by far has been the worst experience. The property manager/ owner is by far one of the nastiest human being I have ever seen. I have witnesses racist act from this man towers black and Latino families. I seen tenant without working Fridge , stoves for weeks and the minute they ask for he’s Services he kicks them out. After your first year here you won’t get a lease. He will put you on a month to month. This is one of he’s tactics so he can have you by the balls. This man does a lot of illegal things. Absolutely uncomfortable environment to live around! My friend had lost her life right outside of this complex. I would come on my days off and spend time with the people who live here and knew my friend. We’d get together, mourn together, grief together and heal. Especially being that this is a first for all us. At first, neighbors were respectful and sweet. Offering their condolences and letting us leave flowers at the tree and to sit around and mourn her. the owner poisons the outdoor cats around the apartments, one being my cat. please be careful. absolutely awful. kicked my parent out of their apt and moved them into an apartment where everything was broken inside. multiple people spoke about cats being poisoned.
What a convenient location!!! You can almost live without owning a car....everything is around it
