This practice has a myriad of problems. My experience since day 1 has been fraught with problems, beginning with lab orders what were coded incorrectly leading to major insurance issues which took months to sort out. In the recent, I called for a virtual visit in December, no response. In the last week I have requested call-back on an appointment change. No response. I'm done, going someplace else.
