Needed to see Dr. Mehta for referrals to other services but this visit with him was so worth it! He's knowledgeable, full of great information and very caring. You can tell he's really involved with his patients and their issues. Highly recommend. Staff is also exceptional.
I'm so excited about finding Dr. Mehta. I'm seeing him for my sleep issues (obviously) but I'm excited by all of the health measures he discussed with him and how making small changes will not just help my sleep but other things I might have issues with. I love Dr. Mehta's whole body approach and understanding/knowledge that science has proven these things matter. I highly recommend him!!
Dr. Mehta is great, he is an excellent listener, super knowledgeable, friendly, respects and includes my input in making decisions about my health care. He is a breath of fresh air and a keeper!

Dr. Mehta actually listens and affirms the steps you are taking to improve your health. He provided new insights into my autoimmune condition (MCTD) and outlined additional steps for me to take to improve it. He also explained why some of these steps were important. We worked together to develop a plan and timeline to incorporate these modifications.
