The Ashton Reserve at Northlake has been the WORST apartment I’ve EVER stayed at. Management company has changed 6 times in the last 3 years we’ve stayed here. There have been car break-ins and car theft right in front of our building. Recently we’ve had an issue with our Spectrum internet. A spectrum technician came and messed up the wiring which impacted a few apartments in one building. Promises have been made to fix this issue via management and we are still without cable or internet for a few days now which is a problem... read more
The apartment and community is very beautiful but the COMMUNICATION is terrible. They NEVER answer the phones, respond to emails or anything. I was waiting 2 weeks for them to email me a paper and I had to literally go to the office and knock on the door to get it taken care of. They claim to be doing appointments only but NEVER answer the phone. I went to the office and saw them in there, called the number, and nobody answered. DO NOT RENT HERE. They are absolutely horrible with communication. I attempted to upgrade my apartment and received no communication from the property manager for close to 3 weeks (I was away in training so could not go there in person). Luckily I was able to secure an apartment elsewhere when I returned. It was just brought to my attention that they then proceeded to charge me month to month rent after my move out and failed to mail any charges to my new address so I could dispute them. I am happy that I chose Ashton Reserve for modern and up-to-date apartments and amenities and a friendly management team that enjoys catering to their residents.
I have not been here very long but one thing I can say is wow I was in the hospital and when I came home from the hospital the management team here has really held me up they have gone above and beyond for me and for that I am so grateful. I told them today that they are not normal landlords . And that they are going to be blessed double and triple fold not just for what they did for me today and on other days but what I have seen them do first hand for other residents. if you looking for someplace to move this is the place
We are under new management and had to find out from a print out left in our doors. No email or communication via phone messages or anything....a print out. The trash compactor is DISGUSTING!! People dump their whole apartments over there and trash from broken trash bags are left for days which has caused a pest problem that has still not been managed -- Black Solider Flies are in my apartment and patio.
