Both technicians - the initial visit (Luka? sorry if this is wrong) and today with Bernardo - were professional, courteous, prompt, and considerate. Very thorough and explained things in a clear and informative way. Really appreciate professionalism and kindness - and how quickly they helped get my AC up and running again before the coming heat. Great communication from the company and lots of clarity and transparency in pricing and steps.

The entire team from Ashton were excellent- professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Shahed and Bin did a terrific job installing our multi-head mini split heat pump. The electrician, Donavon and plumber, Jess were great too. We are delighted with their workmanship and the results.
