Amiee is definitely one of a kind. She goes way above and beyond! She has helped myself and others more than I can say. She definitely will go out of her way, and I have had no issues since living here at Ashton Place. Thanks Amiee!
I hated living at Ashton apartment I was there for 3 yrs and they went through 4 different people to manage that place and still didn’t fine the right person to manage the place. Maintenance is slow with getting back to you right away. also don’t believe Aimee when she tells you you’ll be getting your deposit back, because thats a lie and she talks about other people who live there!
I been living here for a while ,paying my rent on time so I expect things to be done n fixed the apartment smells like sewer cuz I had a leaky roof from the upstairs bathroom ,toilet was removed n floor was removed had mold on their to ,bathroom downstairs I have to clean walls with bleach to remove mold but it always comes bk ,,I've spoken to manager on site but it seems that is not important to them I've had this problem since April ,,so I'll just probably end up fixing myself n just take it out of the rent.....
Aimee was so amazing from the day she reached out to helping me with the whole process to get me in during a difficult time in my life. She was more than just a manager. She understood me and showed me she really cared. That’s what makes these places and programs. People like her
