RecommendedLooks like my review disappeared. But I love and recommend this GREAT apartment complex! Super quiet, friendly neighbors and staff! Apartments are nice and well taken care of. Staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help with anything you may need taken care of. Everything you could possibly need is all close by, grocery store, shopping, food, everything! Super laid back and really a place to call HOME! I have been here just over a year and devastated to be leaving, but I WILL be back!
RecommendedI recommend Highland Villas because it’s a nice quiet and calm community. My dad has lived here for 3 years and loves how peaceful it is. The staff is top notch and the maintenance is best. Every maintenance request I have requested has been completed promptly and correctly the first time. We love it here!
RecommendedIf your looking for a great place to live, look no more Oak Hill is the place to be! I was only here for a year, but one of the best places I have ever lived! They go above and beyond for their residents.. I'm definitely sad to go! I will miss living here!

When we first moved to Norman, Avalon Apartments checked off several boxes on our wants/needs in a place. 1.Its in a great location near OU campus. 2. In a highly sought after school district for our kids. 3. Budget friendly for a clean and nice apartment. But now that we have lived here, we can say that it’s more than that.
