Excellent apartments! Trimark has a great maintenance staff! Ashton Lane is a safe and semi-quiet place to live!
Lived here a year, not renewing, but it's a nice place to live. Cons: expensive rent with utilities paid separately; poor insulation so our utility bill was always very high (~$200 split between 3 people). The stairway has a really tight entrance so it's hard to bring a sofa up to the second/third floors (apartments are unfurnished). We had to buy our own router.
