I enjoyed my stay here. It’s nice to have a lake and trail right outside, not to mention the 5 minutes walk to Meijer. Leasing office and maintenance have been nice as well. I reported a smoking issue once and they send people to check out the surrounding units. The appliance and cabinets could use some improvement but overall it was a good experience

Worst experience. My packages have been lost multiple times, and the leasing office has been unhelpful and unresponsive. Lack of effective management or security measures to protect tenants’ deliveries and personal property. Very disappointing experience.

We had a top floor, high-ceiling unit that faced the sun. For $1500 a month, these were the cabinets. I didn't get over that for our entire lease. We bought mesh mats to cover it up but still, it was gross and unfinished, a safety hazard on top of being ugly lol. It's in a lovely, quiet area by a trail and right next to Lake Lansing Meijer. Locked entry to every separate building was great, but sometimes the locks don't work and you couldn't leave or exit without propping the front door open or using the back door. I love an... read more
