Becca is amazing at giving any help ever needed! From the beginning she's easy to connect with and makes you feel like you've known her for years! Seriously can't say enough about her brilliant customer service!
$1500 a month, these were the cabinets. I couldn't get over that for our entire lease. Lovely, quiet area by a trail and right next to Lake Lansing Meijer. Locked entry to every separate building was great, but sometimes the locks don't work and you couldn't leave or exit without propping the front door open or using the back door. I love animals and they have turtles in the pond and cute geese families around, but the geese also completely destroy the grass with their poop that doesn't get picked up. I lived at Ashton Lake for a few years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in East Lansing. It was reasonably affordable and located in a nice area. Being within walking distance of Meijer was a big plus! The office staff were very helpful, and the maintenance team was always on top of things. Any issue I encountered was usually fixed within a day or two.
