We had a top floor, high-ceiling unit that faced the sun. For $1500 a month, these were the cabinets. I didn't get over that for our entire lease. We bought mesh mats to cover it up but still, it was gross and unfinished, a safety hazard on top of being ugly lol. It's in a lovely, quiet area by a trail and right next to Lake Lansing Meijer. Locked entry to every separate building was great, but sometimes the locks don't work and you couldn't leave or exit without propping the front door open or using the back door.
