Location is great, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive. However, I experienced issues with heating, water leaks, frequent water shutoffs, and outdated appliances.
Rebecca is a joy to talk to.
I enjoyed my stay here. It’s nice to have a lake and trail right outside, not to mention the 5 minutes walk to Meijer. Leasing office and maintenance have been nice as well. I reported a smoking issue once and they send people to check out the surrounding units. The appliance and cabinets could use some improvement but overall it was a good experience
Worst experience. My packages have been lost multiple times, and the leasing office has been unhelpful and unresponsive. Lack of effective management or security measures to protect tenants’ deliveries and personal property. Very disappointing experience.
