Shoddy install. The installers were required to install undermount sink safety fasteners on every sink just incase the glue doesn't hold. At least, this is what management told me when my sink fell all the way to the bottom on Thanksgiving day. Broke everything on the way down along with dishes and plumbing. Dirty dish water everywhere. I had left a voice message and email on the website the same day with the owner. He sent me an email 4 days later with a number to call.
