I'm extremely dissatisfied with the clinic's receptionist, who was incredibly rude. The doctors were pleasant, but the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable. I saw here name all negative about the name charlene in the reviews so i assume her name was charlene. No matter how long she's worked there, she should treat patients with respect, considering they're the ones funding her paycheck.
Dr. Mandel is such a wonderful physician. He really cares about his patients and I love his bedside manner. He actually speaks to you like you're a human rather than these big corporations that speak to you almost in a robot like fashion and treat you like a number rather than an individual! I highly recommend Dr. Mandel!!
It is so hard to get in touch with them. I called at 2 PM on a Friday and was put on hold for 15 minutes until they hung up on me! Instead of calling me back, I called again three more times just to be sent automatically to "the office is currently closed." Their hours on their website/google listing and phone recording of hours are all completely misaligned.
