It is so hard to get in touch with them. I called at 2 PM on a Friday and was put on hold for 15 minutes until they hung up on me! Instead of calling me back, I called three more times to be sent automatically to "the office is currently closed." Their hours on their website/Google listing and phone hours are completely misaligned. I have been with them for years, I love Dr Cassandra and some of the staff at the front desk, but it's been increasingly dissatisfying to work with them.
