I would only recommend this place to someone who doesn't have anywhere else to go. I lived there for a little over a year and it was o.k. but when I found out about a better opportunity, I was still stuck there. Twice it happened. finally the third time I said "screw it" and started going through the processes of breaking the lease. Not only is it rough to go through that. you Have to forfeit your first months deposit, and pay to clean... my final bill was over $500 just to move out..
