Service the day of was top-notch. Follow-up, not so much. I called twice to discuss options for excruciating pain after having all four wisdom teeth removed. Answers were vague; It seemed like I was bothering them. I made it through -- though mostly alone.
Dr. Mastin did my surgery to correct my severe open bite in 2015; only my very back teeth touched when I would bite all the way down. At 23, my bite was causing me to have terrible jaw pain and had started limiting the types of foods I could even chew. Almost 6.5 years later, I could not be more pleased with the results. I’m just so thankful for Dr. Mastin because the surgery absolutely changed my life for the better and I haven’t had any complications.

Surgery went great and had to pay for it up front and they promised to submit the claim. They took my money no problem when it came to submitting the claim they took forever … 2 months to submit the claim then it was wrong. They didn’t submit it for the correct procedure to get it covered and refused to submit anything more to the insurance company. I will NEVER darken their doorstep again. They do the work but lie to you in the end.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. I fought for well over a year to get an impacted, repeatedly infected, and decaying wisdom tooth removed. I couldn't find anyone willing to work with me on the cost, was told that it would become antibiotic resistant if I waited, and because of Covid, no on would help.
