This company charged me three times to fix two simple copper fittings. close to one thousand dollars. Same repair man, when asked to refund the money no one called back… I will never call them again
Had a great experience with this company! We were out of water for 3 days and they came on a Friday and gave us an estimate and installed that day. Not only did they replace the water heater they discovered our pressure reducer was bad. The guys did a great job on the water heater and pressure reducer!
Ashton Britt installed my mother’s heating and air about 5 years ago. She has had nothing but trouble since the unit has been installed. They have done nothing under warranty charging her for every part including telling her to pay for endangerment charge during a snow storm when the unit went out. Plus he was driving a 4 wheel drive. Got a complete new ac unit 2 years ago and it don’t keep my house warm like they said it would. It’s a bigger unit also and we struggle so much to keep certain rooms warm. I’ve explained to them what’s happening and they said something about codes being wrong so they sent some young boy out that was constantly on the phone asking for help didn’t know what he was doing. Charged me and my heater still isn’t keeping the house warm. I am so over it I don’t even wanna bother to call anymore cause I never get no help..
