Update: Read the response from the owner. It states we would be contacted within 48 hours to schedule an on-site priority diagnostics. It’s been one month and not a single call. Apparently they just responded in that way so that the people reading this review would think they were trying to resolve the issue. I haven’t heard a word from them. I was near dying over a sweaty weekend with the outdoor unit making scary noises. David took my call (the only company in town that did the same day) and set me up for a Monday appointment because that was the earliest the part would be available. They called at 8am Monday, right at open of business (like a company interested in quality customer service should) to confirm my appointment and get a little more detailed information about the situation.
