Great experience. Technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional.
I called on a Monday morning at 8:30am as our ac unit started leaking out into the floor on Sunday. They were able to get someone here by 9am. He walked in and was immediately able to tell what he problem was and had it fixed by 9:50. They will be my heat and air company from now on.
We heard a pop and the AC shut off. The thermostat went dead and I could See a burnt area. I thought about replacing the thermostat myself, but decided to call Ashton Britt as I suspected there was more to it than that. Cory came by the next day and sure enough, there were several issues. Repairing one thing lead to another including burnt wires. I was glad I called and Cory spent all afternoon to be sure it was fixed and running.
My upstairs was cooler and the downstairs is cooler too. You do OK job I’m not being rude.
