I have lived here since 2019. I previously wrote a review a few years ago when the property had different management during COVID. During that period - THE FULL SUMMER - the whole building went without A/C - despite that being a HUGE selling point to this building (as most apartment buildings in this area don’t have it). Ownership and management for Ashton and Ten20 represents all that is wrong with corporate ownership. UDR, is predatory and would charge you for using the elevators if they could. Nothing about these properties represents luxury, common spaces are worn and doesn't resemble the cost of rent at these apartments. Finally, both buildings have plumbing design flaws with water leaks common. For this, make sure your dwelling insurance is current and bring an umbrella.
The maintenance team is excellent. Knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. In addition, they are extremely communicative. We have lived here 11 years and Latif and Rick are the best.
Easy Process, Nice Building and great location. Everyone very night and helpful.
