Absolutely terrible experience! Avoid this place at all costs. This apartment is a textbook example of mismanagement. Everything feels sloppy and careless, from the staff to the leadership. Compared to everything else I toured in downtown Bellevue I liked Ashton's units the most. I used to be extremely unhappy living in this apartment—to the point where I seriously considered breaking my lease. The refrigerator was installed crooked, and the previous maintenance manager told me it was "impossible" to fix and that I should just buy my own if I wanted something better. He also said I had to buy and replace filters on my own and made it seem like all the inconvenience was just something I had to deal with because I chose to live in an apartment.
