Really nice place and super quiet.all these great reviews are from prior management.Moved here in October after reading reviews.was informed manager just started in july.i notice people moving out now and new management is horrible.ive already had very bad experience and manager has done nothing.we are already looking to move.

Such a great place to live! After spending a year here, I have had nothing but praise for Ashton Bay Townhomes. The townhouse has a great layout and the appliances are top of the line, and without having to pay a water bill; that is great! Quiet and peaceful with great neighbors and staff!! Robin at the front desk, has been great! If there is ever any questions or concerns, she is speedy and extremely helpful!! I HIGHLY recommend this residence to anyone looking for a great and affordable place to call home!!!
Wonderful place to live! We have lived here for a little over a year and have never had anything to complain about. The property is very clean and tidy, and office management is very kind and helpful and will work with you if you have problems of any kind. Each home has 2 assigned parking places plus several guest parking places for visitors. I love my apartment. Very nice interiors, up to date appliances, FAST management/maintenance response. Very safe in my opinion. I have a lot of packages delivered and never once have I had to worry.Moving from Ocean Springs to here was a bit of a culture change... Traffic.. Population.. etc. but living here helps because I can conveniently get home without having to hit the rush hour traffic. Robin the property manager is a very great person to work with!! I will live here until I decide to buy a house.
