Terrible experience with stylist Seanna Yates. Made to wait 30 past my scheduled appt with her two different times then paid over $100 for a color she did wrong and when asked to fix it she said yes but wanted to charge me more I agreed to the price and when I got there she changed it to almost double what we agreed. When asking as to why she only made rude comments that it wasn't her fault that I had messed up my hair in the past. She was very rude and unprofessional both times.
