Personally my wife and I have had a very good time here at rainbows bula This last apt when we walked into the exam room....there was a drawing of my daughters name on the table cloth and a little painting as a father this made me so happy. I sure as heck never got my name on the bed when I was terrified of the doctors 🤣🤣 That alone makes just makes everything more worth it....we will continue to go and I cannot wait for our next apt
The staff answering the phone have no bedside manner or empathy for the parents calling. When did being a pediatrician mean seeing well-checks only. Being referred to urgent care everytime your child is sick is not the answer. Why have a pediatrician in the first place. Do better.
Love the doctors and the staff, however there is one front desk girl that always insists on giving me a hard time. She is so rude with terrible bedside manner.. and I’m confused as to why she is allowed to tell the patients what they will or will not be seen for. She is not a nurse nor a doctor. She should not be giving any medical advice what so ever. If my kid is sick, then let me speak with a nurse, since you refuse to schedule us!!
