Well the waiting for the doctor was 30 minutes . Which isn't long . And the doctor explained my condition and followed up with tests. He was thorough.
Dr. Reddy is a great urologist! He's very down to earth, but still knows how to deliver information. He's also a super kind guy!

Ease of check-in, the staff is so personable, and Dr. Reddy goes over everything with you and really explains what is happening.

Front office staff were unpleasant and near rude at reception. Mumbled, quick words and unfriendly to start. Immediately directed to billing discussion for all to hear in waiting room. No diplomacy in conversation. A matter to be handled 'behind the door' IMO. Also, background music not conducive in waiting room and office IMO - made me feel uncomfortable.Once in patient room, the nurse prescribed a particular exam I felt unnecessary.
