Impatient w my answers during intake questions. She seemed irritable & uninterested in what or how I was telling her about my pain issues. At one point, off topic, she said' I've been doing this for 30 years', weird, out of place in the conversation. She offered nothing but for me to go to the municipal swimming pool & 'do some exercises', didn't specify any specifically. No change in medication, frankly made me feel like a pill shopper. Waste of 2 hour drive, $35.00 on demand office fee, when I got to the clinic, to process... read more

I have chronic daily migraines and for 10 years was bounced from doctor to doctor. They all offered promises but no real help. My life changed on my first visit with Dr. Kaur in 2000. She literally GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK. Dr. Kaur had options and solutions no other had suggested. She is very knowledgeable and has diagnosed things other doctors couldn’t. For more than 23 years now she has provided me the very best care. She has always been kind and understanding through my frustrations with my illness. I recommend her highly. I... read more

Very frustrating. It's strictly a shot or pill clinic, with occasional surgeries to install devices that may be helpful at lowering pain. My neurologist suggested a couple of changes in the way my pain pump was being managed, and both times Dr. Kaur was dismissive and said they wouldn't change the way they were doing things. No education about pain and how to deal with it was suggested or provided. The staff was usually pleasant and helpful, but there was a tremendous turnover. The door to the clinic was extremely heavy and ... read more

Dr. Kaur has been incredibly helpful in addressing my mother's chronic pain. She listens well to her concerns and is careful not to over prescribe. She is also concerned about mom's overall health and looks at all of her medications and what other things could be causing her pain. She's looked to pull her off of other meds if she can. My only complaint was I never want to deal with her husband again who was the "on call" MD one night when there was a difficult situation in the early days of a new med and I needed advice. He ... read more

Staff unprofessional. Dr. Kaur runs her clinic in a very suspicious manner. After 3 visits, Dr Kaur had not read my file. At 1st appoint. she didn’t seem interested. She prescribed me a med I was allergic to & wouldn’t try any other medication. Gave me 4 steroid shots in 1 week. Patients like “cattle” for steroids shots. Hospital CS staff said 9 complained of her that week. An old man in tears after visit due to poor treatment. My primary was upset. She’s private, so no accountability. Don’t go!

Dr. Kaur is an excellent physician with a sparkling personality and a wicked sense of humor. She listens and always addresses my needs quickly and successfully. I enjoy seeing her and know I can depend on her to help make my life more comfortable. The office is well run and I especially enjoy interacting with Deloid. He is always pleasant and goes the extra mile when I need direction. I am seen in a timely fashion, phone calls quickly and efficiently handled, the office just great!

I actually really liked Dr Kaur, however for the last 2-3 years, turnover of office staff (both front desk, and medical assistants) has been horrible, and things have fallen apart. Prescriptions have almost never been ready for pickup on time in the last two years. A frustrating waste of time when you drive 30 minutes or more (one way), and/or have limited time to wait because of trying to combine the pickup with other appointments. Office staff very defensive, taking no responsibility.

Do not agree to Fentanyl without finding out what is actually wrong with you! I lost years to this clinic. I was diagnosed earlier with fibrimyalgia (dont we all hate that , it means nothing). I was referred to pain management clinic at St. Vincents. I was immediately put on a Fentanyl patch. Years later I managed to drag myself off of the couch and get a new doctor. He has slowly weaned me off of the patch (I had to go through horrible withdrawal) and did xrays and MRI's showing that I have been living with subluxations of ... read more
