I have requested a copy of my medical file, I walked into the office, the girl made the copies and the upper staff yelled at her and told her she was not giving them to me. They told me to sit down and I refused being I WATCHED her make the copies. They called me into the office about 30 minutes later when I told them I was NOT sitting down and needed to go to work.
