About 10 years ago I purchased a home from you a Mitchell Farm Road which has been a total nightmare. Within 6 months my back double doors leak which was never fixed. When we get heavy rain my yard gets flooded and the down stair toilet won’t flush. I replaced the carpet in my living room with wood and had to re level the floor. When I had my heat pump service the one upstairs was not the correct unit it was too small.
