I lived here back in 1989, and it had the most beautiful brick work, as well as the coolest back porch for the 2nd and 3rd floors (it's sadly fell into disrepair). It was told to me by the manager at the time that Bob Dylan lived here for a stint, but it would be hard to tell. The song Positively 6th Street might have referenced this area in the '60's. It was also an amazing record store up the block on SE 4th Street, next to where Maxwell's is located now.
One of the most interesting brick buildings in Marcy - Holmes.
