I recently invested a significant amount of money in hair extensions with Jessica, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite previous positive experiences with her for move-ups, the new install had noticeable issues with blending, with a 6-inch difference in length between the front and back. I cannot recommend Alana enough. She listens, she communicates, and most importantly, she delivers. I came to her with banding and unwanted warmth from another salon and she fixed it in one session. She executes the most PERFECT lived in blonde that grows out incredibly. She made me love my hair again. I am so lucky to have found Alana!
