Had an appointment scheduled for 5/31 at 1PM. Paid a $50 deposit to reserve my spot. No call and no showed. I attempted to contact the business four separate times, twice via phone and twice via the google business service. Extremely unprofessional after taking a deposit to hold my spot. I completely understand that things come up and if they would have called or text me and let me know what was going on I would be happy to reschedule but that didn’t occur. I would look elsewhere for your cleaning services.

I contacted this service based on good reviews. I had to change my first appointment and set up another one with her for next business day. No show, no call. I have had difficulty in communicating with her. If your going to be in business, customer service should be a priority. There is a lot of companies doing this service in Shelby. I would recommend someone more professional.
I had such a great first experience with Ashliee's Cleaning Services. They were on time, friendly, efficient and stayed within the cleaning time frame. They cleaned parts of my house I didn’t know could be clean! I also appreciate the eco-friendliness and that my house smelled clean without being overpowering. It was worth every penny and I will be calling again soon- I’m hooked.I appreciate her professionalism. She was so accommodating on the phone too. Overall very positive. Thanks so much!
She is very responsive and the quality is excellent. I use her a lot as an Airbnb owner I would strongly recommend her business.
