I have to give Dr. Donald a five star. This summer I started going to the health department then my Medicare plan chose Dr. Donald as my primary care doctor. Let me tell you before I went to the health department I had not had a doctor office visit since 2008 when President Obama was sworn in to office and I had not had a full mammogram and I was not even planning on getting one done because of my experience in 2008. Dr. Donald and the staff are all wonderful. They make sure things go smoothly and are very professional. Dr. Donald truly cares about me she spends time with me and really listens to my concerns. She’s an excellent doctor. I also see Daphne the Nurse Practitioner she is also wonderful. From the minute I enter the office to the time I leave the WHOLE staff makes you feel they really CARE about you and your health. Thank you so much
Follow-up to this incident, I reached out to the Patient Experience Team on 03/13 the same day of my scheduled appointment. However, let, me be clear the 1 star isn't for Dr. Ashleyrae (I never had an opportunity to see the doctor). And, Denita with the Patient Experience Team was great. It was for the staff member at the 54th facility. And, the follow-up to the Patient Experience Team call made 03/24. The staff, nurses and lab are wonderful. Great team work. Dr. Ashleyrae Donald is by far the best doctor.
