I had her as a provider yesterday for an infection on my scalp. And it turned out to be more involved than I expected. But she explained the procedure needed very clearly to me. (I think she called it a subcutaneous cyst. It needed to be drained.) She also took my history of contracting mrsa seriously, and gave me the right antibiotics.
