Management in new city in Chicago is awful, covid parties, etc all ignored by management. Health issues have now arises as a result in addition to severe mental and emotional stress and management has done nothing to help our concerns. Legal remedy will be seemed but so will formal reviews in addition to a call to the attorney general.
This management company does not care about you and will take care of their tenants. I pay rent on time or early every time. The apartment above me flooded which flooded my apartment. I had to clean a lot of it myself. They told me it was okay to leave me in an apartment with the ceiling crashing down in the living room and pieces of drywall falling on me while I shower. (i wish i could attach the pictures of what they left me to live in) They left the mess for awhile before someone came to clean it after I had to reach out ... read more

Management offered alternative arrangements for the night; If you are still in need- please reach out to the management team for assistance. Contact your insurance company should a claim be warranted.
I live in Park Square Apartments in SC. These apartments are not worth $1,200 month for a three bed room apartment. We don't even have a a washer or dryer in the apartment, when we first moved in the carpet was full of fleas and we are charged monthly for some to come a spray for bugs but I have never seen this person. We also get charged for risk mitigation but we don't have any security cameras and guards. Ressco, they do the exact same thing, probably sit at the country club together drinking wine with our dollars in their pockets we have to ban together and boycott all these jerks... Monument Real Estate Services... where do I begin? It's clear that this is a company driven solely by profits for itself and its investors, despite its website's proclamation that it provides "a true sense of home and community" for its residents. Worst experience. Do NOT rent from them. Columbus, Oh. Property. They really dont fix anything, its not an exaggeration. People have skipped out and moved so they have more than just a few empty units yet they cant seem to have anyone fix things. Sounds like they have 1 maintenance person for both property locations.
