This company has no regards to helping people. I made a complaint because my son paid a Admin Fee-****** and a deposit of ****** the money order was purchased on 1-3-2022, it was taken to the apartments on 1-4-2022 and someone cashed it without our permission and without ever getting a unit at ********* Apts. I have lived here for almost 5 years they constantly rising the rent and not upgrading nothing, they do not answered the phone calls nor respond back to voicemail, the site showing incorrect information saying I have a balance took all my money orders in and still no update, old management should have stayed because at least I didn't had to go the office as much.
Horrible Horrible Horrible!They took over on a new property and they still can't figure out an easy solution such as restoring the hot water in their apartment buildings. Continuously giving us the run around how it would be turned on the next day and the next day. That has dragged on to now 4 days without hot water. They don't offer to help or offer any compensation.
I live at the ********************* in MS. **** lost my rent money order, and made it look like it was my fault! I was told by the property manage to basically not to trust my spouse with the rent moneyit was rude and stupid for her to say, being that it was his money that the rent was being paid with! We have been staying at Apartments for so long. We never faced this experience until we moved to Muirwood Apartments, Farmington Hills. We have been staying for 5 years in Muirwood Apartments, Farmington Hills owned by Beztak. Nothing works properly. Every time you have one issue or the other. From my experience, the Maintenance Staff is not trained properly and has no idea on how to fix the issue. They just patch up and the issue shows up in a month or two. They steal application money even when they don't process the application. Pretty pathetic. I wouldn't deal with a company that's so broke it needs to scam people. Hiddencreekapartments fired them. That should tell you something.
This is the worst company ever dude want your money even though they have you in a dump remodeling new thing on top of old stuff and leaking ceiling but still want your rent with no compassion for tenants it’s horrible front office people are rude and unprofessional
I live in Cinti Williamsburg Townhouse you pay ur rent every month on time they do no up keep weeds are as tall as the bushes the grass not getting cut people blinds are tore up bricks are in pales where the wall have fallen down ur shame for company to come to ur house Beztak need to come to Cincinnati and see for them self just how these townhouses are being managed
