Very good service, no complaints whatsoever.
After missing a half day of work due to limited office hours, I was very upset when the rude and unprofessional office staff lied to me and wouldn't see me when I arrived just in time of my 10 min grace period. I called on my way to Zanesville, while coming from Cambridge. I told them my car broke down but the dealership gave me a truck and I was enroute. She said as long as you get here by 3:20.
