elevators broken every two weeks, filthy stairwells, filthy garage, dirty, smelly hallways. this neighborhood deserves better
By not allowing it's employee's to persecute people simply because there circumstances aren't what they want them to be , veterans deserve everything they get and then some sadly most of the time they aren't given nearly enough and can barely survive , so just because there getting government benefits doesn't mean there living a life of luxury , and they do deserve a nice place to live for there service to this country .
Ms. Cathy Evans that works in the office is absolutely awful! She makes it her mission to kick out disabled veterans from their homes. I would not recommend living here.
Alex and his team are incredible! Nothing was too big or too small for them to do to make our stay more comfortable. While we only were there for 7 months, it was a real pleasure. The customer service is top notch. The staff is friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. Thanks!
We have lived here almost 3 years and couldn’t be more pleased. The building and grounds are well maintained and the staff is always friendly and responsive to all requests. Social gatherings are provided so you have opportunities to meet your neighbors. The location couldn’t be better with numerous restaurants, shops and business needs close by. The manager is extremely organized and focused on continuously learning and developing best practices to manage routine activities both efficiently and effectively.
