I initially moved into this complex in 2020 and switched apartments at the end of 2023. This complex used to be a balance of affordable and well kept but after the Wasco take over the complex started going downhill. My rent went from being $830 under the previous owners to $969 (18 month lease) initially under Wasco followed by them wanting to raise to over $1200 if we resigned our lease (once again for 18 months, drastically more for a shorter lease). Great place to live. Any issues promptly addressed. Has a pool and rent is reasonable. Management easy to work with.
Ashley Square is a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near East Campus, which also offers a beautiful view. The area is safe, and I also enjoy using the gym. It’s very enjoyable to take a walk near East Campus after dinner. The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
