I have been living here for a year, and I would recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment near east campus. I have a 10 minute walk to class everyday, and the rent is much more affordable compared to other nearby locations.
I have lived here for over two years, and as a student, it is the best location for those planning to study at UNL's east campus; it is only a 10-minute walk. When I moved in, the unit was clean; the building is well-organized, and maintenance is available at all times. Each apartment includes its own washer and dryer. In addition, you can rent a garage and use the pool during the summer. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the buildings. Students would benefit greatly from it.
Highly recommend these apartments for students! Easy access to East and City Campus, lots of coffee shops nearby, and in a central location. Pretty affordable, too, and apartments come with their own washer and dryer. Good-sized living space, great landlord!
I have lived here for 2 years now, and I have had no complaints. Management has always been helpful whenever my roommates and I have had questions, as well as maintenance. The maintenance team has always been so amazing and quick to resolve issues that occur in our apartment. I will always recommend Ashley Square to anyone who is looking for a place to live, especially college students since it's so close to east campus as well as Nebraska Wesleyan, and only 10 minutes from city campus.
I have lived at Ashley square for over a year. I go to UNL East campus during the semester and work during summer break. The apartments are great value compared to the rental market in Lincoln right now. They recently switched management companies which has brought more maintenance of the property, but also a higher rent price. The manager is helpful and the maintenance team is great at fulfilling maintenance requests in a timely manner. Getting my cat ESA status to live with me was also a breeze.
