I enjoyed living here. The buildings were quiet and I couldn’t hear anyone even though I lived on the first floor. The maintenance lady always came quickly and was very helpful and the management was good about checking in and communicating with us via text and email. The only complaint I had was the dramatic increase in rent I had after the new agency took over, but rent is increasing everywhere so I suppose that is to be expected for the amenities that we had. I initially moved into this complex in 2020 and switched apartments at the end of 2023. This complex used to be a balance of affordable and well kept but after the Wasco take over the complex started going downhill. My rent went from being $830 under the previous owners to $969 (18 month lease) initially under Wasco followed by them wanting to raise to over $1200 if we resigned our lease (once again for 18 months, drastically more for a shorter lease). Great place to live. Any issues promptly addressed. Has a pool and rent is reasonable. Management easy to work with.
