I read the other terrible review and have to wonder if this guy is talking about the same apartments. I have lived here for 2 years and have never had any problem with people not giving notice. In fact, they always notify me if they are going to send anyone to my apartment for any reason. The manager is very nice and down to earth and she always makes sure the maintenance staff arrives promptly upon any request that I have. If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I don't have the time to go into all the problems I had with this apartment, but perhaps the worst problem was the fact that they forgot to get my key back from the carpet guys (after the sewage backed up on my carpet and they had to replace it) and 3 months later they changed the lock on my door with no notice. Not only was there no notice, but there was also no phone call, so I came home late that night and couldn't get in my own home! They left an "emergency number" to call... read more
